Mexico Vacation Spots

Do you have embarrassing gas problems? Do you find this problem creeping up on you when you least expect it? I bet not.

If you have lived in the United States all your life, I bet you’ve never seen a gas main or line and have just taken it on faith that it is there pumping gas into your house. The same with water. How many of us would shudder at the thought of not being able to get a refreshing drink from the tap whenever we wanted it?

Thousands of Americans are crossing the border in search of the fountain of youth in Mexico. They come wearing sweats, T-shirts and flip flops, carrying cash strapped to their soon to be liposuctioned, and flat tummy tucked tummies. They are getting new faces, breasts and ever bigger lips. But at what cost? That is the question at hand.

New Mexico is the state of metaphysical influences and unidentified flying objects. Fortunately, there is no mystery about New Mexico real estate. Prices are exploding.

With mountain ranges and desert areas, New Mexico is a popular state with outdoor enthusiasts. Once can ski, hike, fish, camp and explore some of the most beautiful land in our nation. On top of this, the influence of Native Americans is strong throughout the state with rumors and suggestions of locations with great healing energies. And then there is Roswell. Yep, New Mexico receives its share of UFO enthusiasts due to constant rumors of UFO sightings, government conspiracies and all that entails. Overall, you’ll find New Mexico to be a state with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly people.

One of my main business-buying “secrets” is to simply by manufacturing businesses…over any and every other kind. There are many reasons for this, but the main two being the risk is extremely low and the success rate is extremely high.

With that said, a lot of times someone will ask me if, with everything being outsourced to China, like all the mold and tool die business, has that changed my opinion on manufacturing? Is that a concern?

I have always said when you buy and run a business — a manufacturing business — there are times when outsourcing is almost a guarantee — as you can triple your profits without tripling your overhead. And if you are going to outsource you have to get your head on straight about how other countries do business. And after 30 years of outsourcing, my favorite country to outsource to has always been — hands down — Mexico, and not China.

Why?

While illegal immigrants and foreign nationals protest in the streets of the United States of America and promise that this is only the beginning, we ask our selves, if you came here to work, why are you protesting on a Work Day and a the Communist Holiday; May Day in the streets of America? Additionally if you do not like it here, why did you risk your life and break the law to come here in the first place?

I love going to the movies. I always have. I can remember the highlight of every Saturday while growing up was when my Dad would give us all 25 cents and off we would go to some movie that was playing at the Dickenson.

I still love movie going. I love the whole experience even if the movie isn’t good. I love the getting there, the buying of the gut-rotting crap from the concession stand, finding seats, waiting for the lights to go out. Well, you get the idea.
